We offer both cash and store credit. Cash isn't available every day, so please call to confirm it will be available on the day you plan to sell to us. Even when cash isn't an option, we always offer an additional 20% in store credit.

A short list of items we don't regularly purchase:
- Bug infested or water damaged systems
- Extremely dirty or unsanitary items
- Heavily scratched old sports games
- Original (fat) and RROD Xbox 360 systems (2006 to early 2010 versions)
- Original fat PS3 40, 60 and 80 GB models (2006 to 2009)
- Xbox One (2013 version)
- Wii Balance Board
- Broken Guitar Hero / Rock Band equipment
- Used headsets
- PC games
- Systems that have a difficult time reading games
Before you sell
Do I need all the cables to sell a system?
No. We have everything we need in our in-store test area to check every regular system, and we will still purchase a system if you're missing cables.
I'm not sure the system works. Can I still bring it?
Yes. Our staff can figure that out for you in the store when you bring it in.
Do you purchase defective systems?
Yes. Many systems can still be purchased for parts. Contact the store for more information.
How much will you pay for my items?
Our pricing depends on many factors, and condition is a very important one that often can't be answered over the phone. The only way to get an accurate quote is to bring the items into the store.
Is there a specific day to sell to you?
No. Any time we're open, we can purchase your items.
Is there a maximum number of items I can sell?
No limit. We have purchased car loads, storage units and even entire stores. Everything needs to be sorted and the systems need to be tested, which can take some time.
Games are only "new" if they're factory sealed
Any open game is used. Terms like "basically new," "only used once" and "mint" are often not accurate, so we go by condition.
