• IN-STORE: Bring you system only (no cables or controllers) you will fill out a repair form and leave a $25 deposit. 
• MAIL-IN SERVICE:
• Once you check-out you will need to ship your system to our Retail Store.
• YOU MUST INCLUDE YOUR CONTACT & SHIPPING ADDRESS in the package with your ORDER NUMBER or INVOICE. 
• You will receive a notification when your system arrive,another when the repair is completed and final notification with trackin when the system ships back to you.
