#agameaday Nintendo made a Pokemon 1st Person Shooter…and it was AWESOME!
The Nintendo 64 oddly featured the greatest first person shooters of its generation. 007 GoldenEye, Perfect Dark, Turok, WinBack, the 1st SouthPark game and yes….. Pokémon Snap!
Switching your gun to a camera and replacing Grenades with Apples, the core framework for Pokemon Snap still remained very much a first person shooter.

First DrumMania, then Taiko Drum Master, after Rock Band and finally Donkey Konga.
Donkey Konga and Donkey Kong’s Jungle Beat series was Nintendo’s entry into making their own musical rythem game with a dedicated accessory.
In true Nintendo style (good or bad) the accessory is constructed for a specific and limited use only having 3 buttons and a “clap” sensor (microphone). Nevertheless the few games made for the devices we very well produced.
