In a near-future Tokyo, an enigmatic upside-down city suddenly materializes in the sky. A towering structure from this city links to the National Diet Building, forming the ominous "Dark World Diet Tower." Through this conduit, malevolent creatures pour into the city, wreaking havoc.

Japan, grappling with this devastating incursion and cut off from the outside world, establishes a new organization with the twin goals of rebuilding the government and combating the monstrous menace. This organization is known as the "Cyber Tactics Cabinet."

The first-generation prime minister of this cabinet is a resolute young woman. She resolves to penetrate the heart of the Dark World Diet Tower and confront the enemy head-on. As the "Battle Prime Minister," she commands the cabinet with the unwavering support of her people.
